Try out FB's Business Suite
In yesterday's article, we explained how Facebook, in its constant effort to make its apps more and more convenient for the user, has decided to merge Messenger with Instagram's chat.
The new Facebook tool we want to focus on today follows the same line and intention. We are talking about the Facebook Business Suite.
Until now, if you had a Facebook Business Page, an Instagram Business Account, and were active on both platforms, you had no choice but to create posts, reply to customers and check the analytics of promoted posts on each platform separately.
What about now? Everything can be done in one place.
What you need:
- Facebook Business Page
- Instagram Business Account
- Have the Instagram Business Account connected to your Facebook Business Page
How to get the Business Suite:
- Log in to Facebook with the personal profile associated with your Facebook Business Page. If you manage multiple profiles and log in from the one you didn't use to create the business page, the next step won't work.
- Visit business.facebook.com from a computer or laptop.
After doing step 2, if Facebook finds you eligible, you will be redirected directly to the Business Suite.
If you're already advertising properly (i.e. from the Ads Manager) the ad account will still be integrated and accessed from the Business Manager.
Yet again, If you're already advertising properly on Facebook and Instagram, why not also do it on YouTube, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Taboola?
