How to make +10.000€ per month as a Digital Marketer
There are two key factors that have a direct relation to how much income you can generate as a Digital Marketer: your skill and your business model. Of course, the better you are, the more you can make, nothing new here.
Now, when it comes to different business models, some are more scalable than others and this is the same not just for Facebook and Instagram Ads, but for virtually any Digital Marketing service.
Increasing price per hour
The most obvious and straightforward method to make more money is just charging more for your services. Let's say you were charging 1000 euros per month for something that took you 10-20 hours to manage.
Time goes by, you do a good job, and you start getting more clients than you can handle so... what do you do? For example, you raise your price to 1500 euros per month. This is by far the most popular method. Keep in mind that what we are discussing here is ways to make more within your available time.
Pros: very simple to implement
Cons: the less scalable business model
Managing & Delegating
The second method to scale your income consists of avoiding being your business bottleneck. Your available time, that is. It is not so popular as the first one, but still widely practiced.
It consists of delegating the most time consuming and mechanical parts of the job, which may take up to 80% of the total time an account may require.
The idea here is to compensate to somebody else (junior profile Facebook Ads manager) the 80% of the time required to manage an account for more or less 20% of what the client would pay you, while you can take the 80% of the income for 20% of the time. This is how usually agencies do business.
Pros: more scalable than the first method as it's easier to do this than to get whale clients
Cons: harder to implement than the first method as it requires managing people

Seriously, there is a third method, which is very rarely talked about. It combines the pros of the first and second methods, without the cons of any of them: it is very scalable and does not require managing a team.

So, these three methods are the roadmap of how it is possible to earn beyond 10.000 euros per month. Of course, it is easier said than done. As with any high paying profession, it requires a very high level of commitment and know-how.
