4 Instagram B2B tips 馃捈

In last week's article, we commented on how little Instagram is considered and used for the B2B business. The thing is, even if we are B2B, the chance of our target customer being on Instagram is so high that not taking advantage of the platform is not recommended - especially today when we must be constantly on the lookout for a competitive edge. In this article, we give you 4 ideas that you can implement whether you are in B2B or B2C.

1. Position your brand or business as an expert in your niche: share information related to your industry that you think may be relevant to your audience. This will increase authority and credibility, which in turn will positively influence sales.

2. Gather expert information in your posts: If you can't generate such information internally for the above point, find it online, prepare it for your audience so that it's easy and convenient for them to consume it.

3. Use the voice of your customers, let them speak for you: let them tell the problems they were experiencing or the goals they had and how your products or services have helped them with that. This is another thing that contributes significantly to increase your credibility and authority.

4. Humanize the image of your company: being professional is very important, but so is showing humanity, the people behind the business. To implement this point properly it is vital to have first generated credibility and authority. Otherwise, no one will care who are the people running the show.
